No matter whether Brahmastra crosses The Kashmir Files’s earnings or not, the truth remains that the latter is still a highly profitable movie. Vivek Agnihotri’s film was made on the budget of almost ₹25 crores & it grossed more than ₹300 crores at the box office. On the other hand, Brahmastra has been made on a budget of almost ₹400 crores (some sources claim it to be more than ₹500 crores), and the movie has not even covered ₹60 percent of the cost even after completing two weekends.
