A popular gardening product has been recalled from Bunnings over a “serious” health risk.
Five litre refill packs of Roundup F Weedkiller Fast ready-to-use herbicide have been pulled from Bunnings stores across Australia.
Product Safety Australia has warned a fault in packaging means consumers may be exposed to the contents, potentially causing a “serious eye irritation”.
The recalled product was available at Bunnings stores between March 1, 2022, and September 6, 2022.
Batch numbers AAC2B5550, AAC2E5860, AAC2F5973 and AAC2G6035 have been included in the recall.
Product Safety Australia has urged customers to stop using the product immediately.
“Due to packaging damage, there is a risk that the user may be exposed to the contents of the product,” Product Safety Australia said.

“Exposure to the product may cause serious eye irritation.
“Consumers should stop using the affected product. If you are in possession of a damaged container of product please contact the Evergreen Garden Care Consumer Advice Line on 1800 635 797.”
