Gillian McKeith left ‘nauseous’ by ‘disgusting’ state of I’m A Celeb camp | TV & Radio | Showbiz & TV
In Tuesday evening’s I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, Gillian McKeith start pulling rank as she moans over the “disgusting” state of the long drop.
Sharing her thoughts on the camp toilet, she tells Helen: “The long drop, it’s disgusting. The toilet roll is saturated. It’s nauseating.
“There’s people ‘widdling’ on the seat. We’re going to have to talk to them. There’s going to have to be a discussion about this.
“It’s embarrassing, it’s disgusting. What if you sit on the seat and there’s the residue of someone before?”
Will Gillian take charge in the camp and demand the celebrities clean up after themselves?

The moment comes after Gillian and Shaun Ryder come face to face almost 13 years after their infamous I’m A Celebrity feud.
Gillian bursts out of box, which was lowered into camp, and declares: “I couldn’t let you do this without ‘Jungle Gill’. Hi! I’m back again! 12 years later on the I’m A Celeb show.”
Addressing her arrival, Shaun sits in the Bush Telegraph and complains: “Gillian came out of a box. I was very surprised.
“I probably could have done without it being Gillian, yeah.”
“How do I feel about Shaun Ryder being here?” Gillian remarks. “I said hello, he said hello, it was all very cordial. What can I say?”
Meanwhile, former royal butler Paul Burrell is keen to hear about the last time Shaun saw Gillian.
“Is she as mad as a box of frogs?” he asks as Shaun replies: “Yeah… I nearly killed her.”
Shaun later admits: “I’ve been trying to be nice to her. I’m a different person, whatever. I don’t think Gillian was pleased to see me.”
The pair will be forced to put their differences aside later in the episode when they must try and win a treat for the camp.
They all take on the first Chest Challenge of the series, Lost Connection and Gillian admits: “I have no idea how Shaun and I are going to get along.”
Despite their previous disagreements, Helen is hopeful the pair will work together: “Hopefully they’ll bring back a treat… I think the camp would love that.”
I’m A Celebrity… South Africa airs nightly on ITV at 9pm.
