It’s day 2 of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre gala event in Mumbai and several celebrities have started arriving in their regal avatars. Malaika Arora reached the venue in a sparkling sheer ensemble. She was joined by actor-boyfriend Arjun Kapoor who opted for a statement black suit for the event. Filmmaker Karan Johar arrived in a regal all-black outfit, paired with a black cape, adorned with golden floral details. While Aditi Rao Hydari shelled out princess vibes in a white shirt paired with a printed voluminous skirt, Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekhaa too made their appearances in stylish outfits. Kajal Aggarwal and Gautam Kitchlu were also seen arriving at the venue.
Besides them, in attendance were actor Sagarika Ghatge, Anusha Dandekar and Bhumi Pednekar. Hollywood celebs including Zendaya and Gigi Hadid made a splash in sarees. Actor Tom Holland arrived in a black suit. Penélope Cruz was also seen on the red carpet.
Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor took to her Instagram account and gave a sneak peak of her outfit. She slipped into a dark navy blue dress. Sharing the pictures from her home, she wrote, “Minimalism is not a lack of something. It’s simply the perfect amount of something”-Nicholas Burroughs.”
Kareena also shared couple of pictures with Saif Ali Khan. Saif wore a black sherwani with white pants for day 2. Her post read, “It’s always gonna be date night with you.”
Meanwhile, Madhuri Dixit in a seuinned statement co-ord set arrived with her husband Dr Sriram Nene. Farhan Akhtar graced the event with wife Shibani Dandekar. Masaba Gupta, Lara Dutta, Mahesh Bhupathi, Kusha Kapila, Sunny Kaushal, Bhavana Panday, Seema Sajdeh, Maheep Kapoor, Chunky Panday, Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur and Orhan Awatramani were too seen in paparazzi pictures from the event.
The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre is touted to be India’s first-of-its-kind, multi-disciplinary cultural space. It showcases the country’s finest offerings in music, theatre, fine arts, and crafts.
Talking about it, the Founder-Chairperson of Reliance Foundation, Nita Ambani said previosuly, “NMACC is an ode to our country, to the rich legacy and heritage that we all have inherited. I hope the spaces here nurture young talent, not only from the metros and cities but from small towns and remotest villages. I hope it becomes a home for the art, artisans and the audience.” It was inaugrated on Friday.
