Hutchinson sued the businesses after Jamie Lee Komoroski, 26, allegedly crashed an Enterprise rental car into the golf cart Miller, 34, and Hutchinson, 36, were in while driving away from their April 2023 beachside wedding reception.

Hutchinson accused the bars in a wrongful death lawsuit of overserving Komoroski.
