Carl Radke, Lindsay Hubbard break up

The highly anticipated “Summer House” Season 8 trailer is here, giving fans a first look at Carl Radke breaking off his engagement to Lindsay Hubbard.

The teaser, which Bravo released Thursday, begins with audio of the former couple arguing about how Radke is “not happy” and Hubbard needs to “have the power” in their relationship before cutting to footage of their heated conversation in their New York City apartment.

“You’re really gifted at playing victim,” Radke, 38, tells Hubbard, 37, while the camera flashes to her engagement ring sitting on a table with a white makeup bag embroidered with the word “Bride.”

Hubbard then stands up and storms into her bedroom after telling her then-fiancé that there is “no more point to this conversation” because he has “made the decision clear.”

“I thought she would react a little differently,” Radke later tells a crew member. “She’s gonna have to spin this and then tell everybody she’s blindsided.”

Sure enough, the trailer cuts to Hubbard calling her dad to inform him that Radke “wants to call off the wedding and break up,” adding that feels “very blindsided.”

The explosive scene ends with Radke saying he is “fine” with being the “bad guy” and Hubbard is “lying [about] the things that have gone on the last year.”

The teaser subsequently flashes back to earlier in the summer when cracks in the exes’ romance began to show.

Meanwhile, Radke talks candidly to a crew member about the conversation. Bravo

Radke’s sobriety appears to be a point of contention between the two, as he claims Hubbard had asked him, “‘What are you on? What are you on?’”

A clip of Radke screaming at Hubbard in bed, “You accused me of doing drugs!” is also shown.

Radke later hurls a soda can and screams to co-star Kyle Cooke, “I’ll f–king burn this house down!”

The trailer also flashes back to the exes’ previous arguments earlier in the summer. Bravo

Meanwhile, Hubbard has an emotional moment while crying at a kitchen table before one of her friends comforts her.

“He’s a f–king terrorist!” she shouts at one point, although it is unclear whether she is referring to Radke.

The clip ends with Radke having an honest conversation about his wedding with his mom and stepdad, who seems to advise him not to say “I do.”

“I’ve been a minister all my career, and I’ve married tons of people,” his stepdad says. “I wouldn’t marry you and Lindsay.”

In one chat, Radke becomes emotional after his stepdad suggests he shouldn’t go through with the wedding. Bravo

Since Radke did not call off their engagement until the very end of the season, Hubbard’s bridal shower and one of her wedding dress fittings are also documented in the sneak peek.

Page Six first confirmed that Radke and Hubbard had split in August 2023, nearly a year after he proposed to her in front of Bravo cameras.

Both reality stars have since spoken out about their separation, with Hubbard doubling down that she was “blindsided,” saying Radke “humiliated” her and she was “very confused” about his decision.

Radke, for his part, has denied that Hubbard was blindsided but admitted he has some regrets over how everything happened.

While the longtime friends’ breakup takes center stage in the forthcoming season, the trailer shows other “Summer House” couples dealing with bumps in the road, too.

Cooke, 41, finds himself crying in a corner after his wife, Amanda Batula, storms off and tells him she is “so mad” at him.

Paige DeSorbo and her boyfriend, “Southern Charm” star Craig Conover, also have a heated moment when she shouts at him, “You won’t compromise on anything!”

On a more lighthearted note, Ciara Miller hits it off with her rumored boyfriend, “Summer House” newcomer West Wilson, while DeSorbo, 31, tries to dodge flirtatious comments from another hunky newbie, Jesse Solomon.

“Summer House” Season 8 premieres Thursday, Feb. 22, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
